As YouTube and video podcasts become more prominent, you may ask yourself: Should I re-record my entire content catalog into a video format? Or should I just start from where I am and move forward? Or none of these makes sense and you want a third option—a hybrid approach. This episode breaks down how to make a strategic and sustainable strategy, and how to leverage a ‘blue ocean strategy’ to stand out online.

Consider which core topics need visual elements to be fully understood. For episodes on complex subjects, incorporating graphics can greatly enhance viewer comprehension. Alternatively, directing listeners to your website for additional materials can also work, but having those visuals within the video can be more engaging.
