How to overcome Impostor Syndrome: with Therapist Monica Denais
You have a great Podcast idea, and you think it could work, but for some reason you can’t find the motivation or confidence to kick-start the Podcast. Impostor (or imposter) syndrome is holding back thousands of people for no good reason: everyone has a story to tell and someone who is looking to listen to that narrative!
Through the years we’ve worked with Podcasters to build their confidence, to try new things and to push their podcast to a new level, but now more than ever, Podcasters need to identify when impostor syndrome creeps in, and to minimize its impact. Monica Denais is a Licensed Professional Counselor and host of @cafewithmonica podcast, and so we invited Monica for an Instagram Live to discuss how to get ‘in the zone’ and manage impostor syndrome. We’ve also discussed her own journey with impostor syndrome, how to create a supportive circle around yourself, and how she created an environment that enabled her to thrive and to create a successful Podcast.
